I don’t know what came over me, but I walked for 15 minutes without stopping at physical therapy today. Granted it was at a tortoise’s pace of 0.7 mph, but hey. This was the last thing I expected after last week’s post bronch fever, fatigue and general overall feeling like crap. One of these days I’m going to make it to 30 minutes!
I know for the majority of people walking is just something that you do automatically to get from point a to point b, but it’s astounding how much walking, or rather not walking, makes an impact on your health.
